All Entanglements of Elementary Particles are Elements of upper level above normal level. Our dynamic mathematics explains the mechanisms of Entanglement and provides new mathematical possibilities for working with it. Here are given mathematical fundamentals of interpretations theory (future science) and fundamentally new approach to elementary particles, energy conservation. Here is studying Energy-space with scalar product and norm of its elements by format-numbers. Digitization of interpretations forms allows the use of digital technologies through appropriate programming. In science, there are two approaches to studying nature beyond classical science (conditionally, the (1, 1)-interpretation): the approach through quantum mechanics (conditionally, the (1, 2)-interpretation) and dynamic mathematics (conditionally, the (2, 1)-interpretation) [1, 2]. In contrast to the probabilistic approach of quantum mechanics with dimension doubling for quantum entanglement, we propose a deterministic approach via an energy hierarchy. Both approaches have the same "root": |||, but at two opposite ends: quantum mechanics ((1, 2)-interpretation) by |||^(-1)by and dynamic mathematics (2, 1)-interpretation) by ||| and ((1, 2)-interpretation) by |||^(-1) and other interpretations with using hierarchical structures of measures, some equations [1, 2]. Therefore, the conclusions are similar, but for different objects and processes. Either we take what we need from emptiness by |||^(-1) or through substitution by |||. We also demonstrate the possibilities of not only using the effects of quantum entanglement for calculations, but also for manipulating energies, objects, their actions, and processes through the upper level. Let us call the interpretation formats by format-numbers and quantum levels of connections. Elements of format-numbers mathematics were considered partially [1, 2]. And for manipulating these numbers, the interpretation (1, 1) is already suitable, i.e., ordinary traditional science is suitable. This is a different approach to complex processes, not through probability. This article applies to physics and neural networks of the new direct-parallel and direct-accumulative types. For now, this is only an introductory article. The first task: to understand hierarchy of energies in the Universe and the principles of functioning of living energy (living organism, in particular, human, subtle energies), and then using these principles to "construct" artificial living energies (let's call them pseudo-living energies). It is possible to significantly expand the horizons of science, in particular physics, by studying the subtle energies in the Universe. For this, some aspects are proposed for consideration of Dynamic Science. self_science^(our theory) - science here acts as a space for the application of our theory in the self-format, i.e., any place of science, in particular physics, can act as a place for the "location" of the self. It contains itself (accommodates any action C) in any place of science. On the basis of mathematical uncertainties, new mathematical structures are formed, allowing us to describe processes and objects that are fundamentally not determined by conventional deterministic methods. Objective uncertainties in any case can mean manifestations of processes and objects that are fundamentally not determined by conventional deterministic methods. Since dynamic mathematics places the primary emphasis on the dynamics of energy, rather than on objectivity, the level of approach to studying processes expands. Here are the formulas of dynamic mathematics that determine the spirit of actions and objects (i.e., the energy of the upper level that generates their self-energy); that determine the double of the magician, etc. Many energies are indeterminate because they are based on uncertainties from the perspective of traditional science-large concentrations of specific energy in a chaotic state. The foundation of dynamic mathematics lies in working with uncertainties, which makes it possible to manipulate these indeterminate energies using direct-accumulative direct-parallel neural networks. Ordinary regular work with them in ordinary science is fundamentally unable to realize their capabilities. Therefore, singular science realized on a neural network - an analogue of the human CNS - will be much more natural. Unfortunately, we do not have funding to perform the necessary experiments and the practical creation of a technical model of such a neural network. There is a need to develop an instrumental mathematical base for new technologies. The task of the work is to create new approaches for this by introducing new concepts and methods. Our mathematics is unusual for a mathematician, because here the fulcrum is the action, and not the result of the action as in classical mathematics. Therefore, our mathematics is adapted not only to obtain results, but also to directly control actions, which will certainly show its benefits on a fundamentally new type of neural networks with directly parallel calculations, for which it was created. Any action has much greater potential than its result. Social justice is fundamentally impossible as long as education (training) is based on achieving results, and not on the process. It is time for physicists to begin studying not only the manifestations of living energies, but also the living energies themselves, which are by no means expressed through objectivity and ordinary energies, although they are capable of manifesting themselves through a lower level - objectivity and ordinary energies. We, as mathematicians, offer a new corresponding apparatus for understanding nature and studying living energies. Significance of the article: in a new qualitatively different approach to the study of complex processes through new mathematical, hierarchical, dynamic structures, in particular those processes that are dealt with by Synergetics. The significance of our monograph is in the formation of the presumptive mathematical structure of subtle energies, this is being done for the first time in science, and the presumptive classification of the mathematical structures of subtle energies for the first time. The experiments of the 2022 Nobel laureates Asle Ahlen, John Clauser, Anton Zeilinger and the experiments in chemistry Nazhipa Valitov eloquently demonstrate that we are right and that these studies are necessary. Be that as it may, we created classes of new mathematical structures, new mathematical singularities, i.e., made a contribution to the development of mathematics. Conventional science changes numbers. Ours changes levels by SmnSprt. Connection is fundamental to understanding our world. Everything is expressed through connections; an object (matter) is a self-connection in the form of energy closed in on itself; all forms of energy are forms of connection, information, thoughts are forms of connection, in particular, Vernadsky's noosphere is an example of this, and so on.

Maria Rodó-Zárate spoke about RESIST findings in a roundtable on political violence against feminists, together with legal experts, activists, organisations working on sexual and reproductive rights, and feminist public figures as part of the Jornades Feministes 2026: Feminismes en Revolta 1976-2026 , a major autonomous feminist gathering in Catalonia. The session addressed political violence as a systematic attempt to limit, condition, or deactivate feminism as a political project, and examined its different forms, including harassment, criminalisation, institutional repression, legal attacks, racism, and campaigns of delegitimation. The roundtable had a very significant audience, with around 200 participants, and generated an important discussion on the impacts of this violence on feminist activists and organisations, as well as on the strategies needed to respond collectively and sustain feminist action.

Wikipedia and the Wikimedia projects are infrastructures of engagement: open, inclusive, collaborative, and sustainable platforms, already designed to support new models of collaboration across academia, memory institutions, GLAMs (galleries, libraries, archives and museums) and society, and to enable co-creation, citizen science, the public and participatory humanities, and community-driven, engaged scholarship. Many GLAMs and researchers collaborate with Wikimedia projects. Wikimedia affiliates and volunteers support GLAMs in implementing open access and uploading content to Wikimedia platforms, and they organise training at universities to foster Open Science and scholarly communication by facilitating contributions to Wikimedia projects from students and PhD candidates through specific courses. Wikibase is developed by Wikimedia Deutschland and is the open-source software created for Wikidata, available to researchers and GLAMs, and promoted and supported by the DARIAH-EU Working Group DHwiki. The network of DARIAH has GLAM working groups and DARIAH-EU has created the Heritage Data Reuse Charter to facilitate collaboration between researchers and GLAMs. Despite numerous collaborations, few initiatives fully consider together the three elements: Wikimedia, GLAMs, and research. GLAMs are rarely treated as research units, even though research is part of their duties; universities are rarely considered GLAMs, even if they have libraries, archives and often museums; researchers frequently rely on Wikidata but seldom contribute to it with their research results; the Heritage data Reuse Charter considers the collaborations between researchers and GLAMs but does not include online open communities. This panel explores current and future collaborations between Wikimedia, GLAMs and research. With the involvement of representatives from all communities, it presents the strengths and challenges of the current situation and discusses possible strategies to enhance broader, more comprehensive cooperation. The panel comprises representatives from Wikimedia, GLAM, ICOM, Creative Commons, DARIAH-EU Working Group DHwiki, DARIAH Working Group GLAM, and researchers in those areas. Since the event takes place in Rome, Italy, the panel includes representatives from Italian institutions in order to facilitate participation and to benefit from the numerous ongoing collaborations between Wikimedia Italia and GLAM institutions. The panel has the patronage of DARIAH-EU Working Group DHwiki and Wikimedia Italia. This framework establishes the AI-specific requirements and verification standards against which Safety Critical Labs conducts certification assessments for systems incorporating artificial intelligence or machine learning capabilities in safety-critical applications. The framework addresses verification gaps that traditional software assurance does not cover. AI and ML systems introduce probabilistic outputs, emergent behavior from training data, and potential performance degradation over time. These characteristics require verification approaches designed specifically for data-driven systems. The framework defines thirteen requirement sets organized into two tiers. Section 2 establishes ten algorithm-agnostic requirement sets (AI-1 through AI-10) covering operational and data foundations (including operational design domain declaration, data partitioning, and classification handling), bias detection and mitigation, ML test coverage, continuous validation and drift monitoring, hallucination prevention, out-of-distribution detection, adversarial robustness, explainability, human-AI teaming, and privacy and data protection. Section 3 establishes three architecture- and paradigm-specific requirement sets (AI-11 through AI-13) covering multi-model systems, neural networks, and continuous learning and adaptation. A three-tier classification system (Safety-Critical, Mission-Critical, Operational Support) determines which requirements apply based on consequence level, not probability. The framework is domain-agnostic and applicable across aerospace, aviation, automotive, medical, industrial, and other safety-critical domains. Terminology is traceable to ISO/IEC standards and NIST publications, and each parent requirement carries Applicable Domain Standards citations drawing from cross-domain sources (NIST AI RMF (NIST AI 100-1), NIST AI 100-2e2023 Adversarial ML Taxonomy, NIST AI 600-1 Generative AI Profile, NIST SP 1270 Taxonomy of AI Bias, NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5, NIST SP 800-218A SSDF, ISO/IEC 22989, 23053, 23894, 25059, 27001, 27701, 42001, ISO/IEC TR 24027, ISO/IEC TS 6254), aviation (DO-178C, FAA AI Safety Roadmap, RTCA DO-326A/330/355/356A, EUROCAE ED-324/SAE ARP6983), automotive (ISO 21448 SOTIF, ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 26262, ISO 34503, SAE J3016, UNECE WP.29 R157), medical (IEC 62304, FDA AI-Enabled Device Software Functions guidance, FDA Predetermined Change Control Plan guidance, FDA Clinical Decision Support Software guidance, FDA Premarket and Postmarket Cybersecurity guidance), and EU and US regulatory sources (EU AI Act, GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA). Framework-specific terms are documented in a glossary aligned with ISO/IEC 22989:2022 and ISO/IEC 5338:2023.

The role of digital technologies in wildlife conservation is highly contested in both the ecological and social sciences. In this talk, I approach socioenvironmental aspects of conservation technologies through my studies of open technologies for ecological research. I discuss opportunities for commoning within conservation technology networks by examining the sociotechnical actors surrounding the Mothbox, an open source camera trap developed for insect monitoring. Drawing on empirical evidence from multi-sited ethnographic fieldwork across Panama and Indonesia, I describe the human and non-human actors that constitute the Mothbox network and how a hacker-aligned convivial ethos and the craft practices of ecologists negotiate power within it. Analysis of open technology networks, such as the Mothbox project, can provide insights into how commoning occurs within ecological research. This research was conducted as a 2026 fellow of the U.S. National Science Foundation "Socio-Environmental Knowledge Commons" (SEEKCommons) project. Presented online at the 2026 SEEKCommons Gathering, May 29 2026.

This dataset provides synthetic radio channel samples generated by ray-tracing simulation, for use in the study of the Future Railway Mobile Communication System (FRMCS). The data were produced by SIRADEL using their InoWave ray-tracing engine, in the framework of two collaborative research projects: 5G-RACOM and 5G-REMORA . 5G-RACOM (5G for Resilient and Green RAil COMmunications) investigates spectrum-efficient, resilient, and robust designs for FRMCS, covering radio propagation and channel modeling at 900 MHz (band n100) and 1900 MHz (band n101) across various railway operational scenarios, GSM-R/FRMCS coexistence, and hybrid FRMCS network solutions. More information: 5G-RACOM - Franco-German Ecosystem for Private 5G Networks . 5G-REMORA (5G-REalistic radio channel MOdels enabled system evaluation for RAilway environments) supports a "zero-on-site testing" approach for FRMCS deployment, combining realistic railway radio channel characterization from on-site sounder measurements, stochastic modeling, and enhanced ray-tracing, targeting the 900-1900 MHz railway frequency bands. More information: ANR Project-ANR-22-CE22-0015 . Dataset content The dataset includes two railway propagation scenarios, both simulated at a 1900 MHz central frequency between a macro-cell base station (BS) located near the track and a dual-polarized antenna mounted on the train rooftop: Montparnasse scenario : An outdoor-to-indoor transition scenario at the edge of the Montparnasse railway station in Paris, covering a 60 m trajectory (30 m outdoor / 30 m indoor) at 20 km/h. Paris scenario : An urban propagation scenario in the south of Paris, covering a 163 m trajectory at 100 km/h, including scattering effects from 22 metallic catenary pylons along the track. Each scenario is provided as a CSV file containing, for each simulated user-equipment (UE) position along the train trajectory, the set of ray-traced multipath components (delay, Doppler shift, azimuth/elevation angles of departure and arrival, and complex path amplitudes for all four V/H polarization combinations), along with UE position, timestamp, and line-of-sight/obstruction status. The channel data is provided as raw propagation output - no transmit power, antenna pattern, or signal bandwidth is applied. The complete CSV field definitions and coordinate/angle conventions are documented in the accompanying file SIRADEL railway channel data format - v1.3.pdf . The data is licensed under a Creative Commons "CC BY-NC-SA 4.0" license, which excludes any commercial use. The users are encouraged to publicly communicate the results of studies based on this channel data; and clearly state the source of the data. Abstract Marriage is considered one of the most important social institutions in India and is expected to be based on mutual trust, respect, and understanding. However, with the growing number of matrimonial disputes, concerns relating to mental cruelty and psychological harassment within marriage have gained increasing attention. While Indian laws have primarily focused on protecting women from domestic violence and matrimonial abuse, there have also been instances where husbands have alleged mental harassment, emotional abuse, false accusations, and prolonged legal disputes causing severe psychological distress. This research paper examines the issue of mental cruelty and harassment of husbands in India through a doctrinal analysis of statutory provisions, judicial decisions, and recent matrimonial litigation. The study explores the legal concept of mental cruelty under matrimonial laws and analyzes how Indian courts have interpreted and applied this concept in various cases. Particular emphasis is placed on judicial observations relating to false allegations, malicious complaints, character assassination, and conduct that causes mental agony to a spouse. The paper also reviews recent matrimonial disputes that have attracted public and legal attention, highlighting the challenges faced by husbands who claim to be victims of psychological harassment within marriage. Through an examination of landmark judgments of the Supreme Court and High Courts, the study seeks to understand the evolving judicial approach towards mental cruelty and the extent to which existing legal remedies address such grievances. Further, the research discusses the broader debate surrounding gender justice and the need to ensure fairness in matrimonial litigation. It argues that mental cruelty is not confined to any particular gender and that the legal system must adopt a balanced approach that protects genuine victims while safeguarding the rights of all parties involved. The study concludes by suggesting reforms aimed at strengthening justice, promoting equality, and ensuring a more balanced framework for resolving matrimonial disputes in India.
